A little about our funeral home...
Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory are on a six-acre parcel on the grounds of Fairfax Memorial Park, a non-sectarian cemetery established in 1957. Cornelius H. Doherty Jr., President of the cemetery and funeral home, and Michael H. Doherty, Vice-President, are second and third generation owners. "It was always our dream to have a funeral home, and we reserved that site for that purpose," say the Dohertys. The funeral home is situated on Braddock Road at the intersection of Burke Station Road.
The funeral home is operated under the same philosophy and management style that has separated Fairfax Memorial Park from other area cemeteries: service and commitment. Special care is given to accommodate the customs and traditions of the families that we serve.
